Creative Energy is stocked full with staterooms at special group pricing and has arranged for a small deposit with a scheduled payment plan to make it comfortable to be paid off in 4 payments with the last payment ending around November of 2009.

     6} If for any reason, after your initial reservation, but "before" your first payment due date, you find  that you can't go. You have a 1 time option to transfer your "initial" deposit reservation to the following year.  *Does not include cruise fees.*

            All prices include group/admin,port fees and government taxes. If you cancel for any reason, a $50.00/$100 for suites per person administration fee will be charged by the travel agency. $25.00/$50.00/$150.00 per person Admin fee through Creative Energy will not be refunded. These fees are not covered by cancellation insurance. **There is no fuel charge at this time. Carnival reserves the right to add fuel charges if the price of oil reaches $70.00 a barrel or higher.**

Per Carnival Year SBC2010: Carnival Cruise Lines cancellation policy pertaining to this 3 day cruise: Up to December 3, 2009 no fee. December 4th, 2009 $100.00 per person. January 7th, 2010, 50% of total price. January 29th, 2010 no refund.  These costs could be covered by Cancellation Insurance.
